Health & Fitness Data: Step count and activity data synced from Apple Health, Apple Watch, Google Fit, Fitbit, Samsung Health, Garmin, and other connected devices.
Location Information: State and country information used to place you on regional leaderboards.
Usage Data: App interactions, features used, and performance data.
Payment Information: Subscription payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store your payment card details.
Device Information: Device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.

Provide, operate, and maintain the StepBattle app and leaderboards
Sync your step data and display it on personal and group leaderboards
Process your subscription and manage your account

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

Leaderboards: Your username and step counts are visible to other users on public leaderboards.
Service Providers: We may share data with third-party vendors who assist in operating our app (e.g., Firebase, analytics providers).
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred.

4. HEALTH DATA

StepBattle accesses health and fitness data (step counts) from your device with your explicit permission. We use this data solely to display your step activity within the app. We do not sell or share your health data with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes. You may revoke health data access at any time through your device settings.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at hello@mystepbattle.com.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

StepBattle is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.
